ZT CC - Creating Workbenches

Hi.

I would like to know how to make the workbenches for Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection.

Workbenches:

A workbench is a map for the game which can be made by users. I'm calling them workbenches, because i've seen other sites call them workbenches.
